Detroit - Nashville Trade

Today GM Edler23- came to terms with GM detroitgm and they finalized a deal. 23 year old phenom Patrik Berglund was shipped off to Detroit. In return we got youngster TJ Oshie. He is just 24 and last year was on pace for about 60 points. Also we got veteran Brendan Morrison. The 35 year old BC native put up 44 points last year and we are hoping he can do the same for us this year. Also going to Nashville was Goalie Prospect Robin Lehner who played 5 games for the Ottawa Senators last season. And Forward Prospect Andy Miele who got 71 points in his 39 game season in college.  Nashville also obtained a 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the 2012 draft.

Entry Draft

Well the Entry Draft is finally over and we are very happy with our selections. We feel Landeskog could be the next Peter Forsberg(Yup quote it). Also Jonanathan Huberdeau will be a great player to play alongside of him. Ryan Murphy will quarterback the Power Play in the near future! Nathan Beaulieu should have been a top 10 pick but we snagged him at 14th overall. We cant wait to see what will come of these amazing players. WELCOME TO THE ORGANIZATION!

1ST ROUND PICKS

Vancouver and Calgarys 1st round picks in the prospect draft are OTB. Offer for them. 13th and 14th overall.
